Having been in the field for almost 20 years with lived and worked experience, I see you. I understand there are unique challenges that come with the high-stress, high-pressure demands in your life. You've probably been doing it all, while others have little to no awareness of what you're actually experiencing. They come to you for their problems and their needs. You're responsibilities overflow, yet you keep moving forward. You're no longer feeling like yourself, yet you keep going. Maybe you've dimed your own light, maybe you've had to make yourself smaller, maybe someone tried to type you into a specific narrative to fit their story, and you went along with it.
When do you get to write your story?
I've felt this myself. I've seen this in my family, friends, colleagues, clients and strangers. We have all been here. I've since reclaimed my own story and I want that for you, too.
I have been described as direct, confident, kind, compassionate, dedicated, and so much more. All are true.
How ever I'm written into other people's stories, this is how I want to be written into yours:
I want to be but a chapter, the one where you see transformations in yourself, the one where your spark begins to grow, the one where you finally see yourself and learn to befriend what is going on inside you. The one where you begin writing your own story. I can't wait to meet you.

Nicole has been in the social and behavioral health fields since 2007. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Wisconsin and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. She is Master Certified as an Accelerated Resolution Therapist.
Nicole has experience working in leadership, clinical, independent and collaborative roles within a variety of areas including hospitals, clinics, community based residential facilities, courtrooms, counties and surrounding communities.
