Having been in the field for almost 20 years, I understand there are unique challenges that come with the high-stress, high-pressure demands of serving others. You are most likely doing it all, while others have little to no awareness of what you're actually experiencing. Your responsibilities overflow, yet you keep moving forward. Perhaps you have learned to ignore your own needs in order to show up for everyone else.
One thing is for certain:
